Looking for ideas on how to display your pin collection? Look no further! I’m going to go over 8 different options that I think look really nice, and work for all types of situations. You’re sure to find one or more options that will work well specifically for your needs and collection. Don’t forget that if you have a lot of pins you can always consider multiple displays with themes based on the pins you own!
1. Shadow Box
This is my preferred way to display my pins! It’s as simple as buying a shadow box and some cork sheets from a craft store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. It looks great hung on your wall, and displays your pins in a simple and elegant way.
2. Banner
Banners are a popular option for pin display as well. They come in all different sizes and are easy to customize. They are available in all kinds of colors, patterns, shapes, and sizes, so you are sure to find one perfect for your needs!
3. Pin Hoops
Much like banners, they come in all sizes and with lots of pattern and color options. Since they are embroidery hoops (traditionally) a lot of sellers offer custom embroidery as well. I find pin hoops very cute as pin display!
4. Backpacks / ITA Bags
If you want to display your collection on the go, this is a wonderful option. These bags are usually designed especially for displaying your pins in a safe manner, protected from weather, and with measures to prevent losing them. There are tons of options and themes out there. This is a very kid-friendly option too!
5. Keychain
This is one I haven’t actually seen before! But thought it was a really cute and new way to display your pins. Also another kid-friendly item, for those who want to show off their collection on the go! These will obviously not fit quite as many, but they’re good for smaller collections!
6. Display Stands
Perfect for those extra special pins in your collection. These stands are not space-efficient for sure, but will definitely draw attention to your favorites. Will make a lovely addition to a shelf or your desk!
7. Hats
I’ve seen this option around, but I am not a hat wearer myself. I’m not sure if you can feel the pin backs on your head, so that might be something to take into consideration. But I definitely think this option can be really cute!
8. Jackets
Probably the most traditional way to display pins; pinned on your jacket. This is a great way for you to display your personality and let people see what messages you believe in. Great for starting conversations!
